  Position Summary – Project Launch Coordinator
As a Project Launch Coordinator, you will coordinate, plan, supervise, and control all activities related to the pre-planning and launch of new projects. You will define production processes and monitor performance to ensure targets are achieved during project start-ups.
  Key Responsibilities
Validate, manage, and regularly update the factory layout for new projects.
Ensure proper monitoring of PFMEA planning and its related action plans.
Analyze engineering changes, assessing their impact on assembly methods and equipment capacity—within client deadlines. Exceptions require pre-approval by Method Lab and Industrial Engineering leadership.
Supervise and validate data collection and analysis to identify investment and productivity improvement opportunities.
Propose and lead the implementation of efficient production systems, flows, and methods.
  Your Background
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Strong command of English and French.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven leadership, synthesis, and decision-making capabilities.
