Empowerment Center Collaboration with ANAPEC

On September 19, 2024, the Empowerment Center team held a productive meeting with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Competencies (ANAPEC). This collaboration aims to enhance employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for students at Ibn Tofail University, reinforcing our commitment to preparing them for the challenges of the job market.

Upcoming Training Program

As a result of this partnership, we are excited to announce a comprehensive training program for 2024, focusing on key areas to empower our students:

1. Highlighting Skills (October 1st, 2024)
Students will learn to identify and showcase their unique strengths, helping them stand out in a competitive job market.

2. Organizing Job Searches (October 3rd, 2024)
Effective techniques and strategies will be provided to structure job searches, making the process easier and more efficient.

3. Crafting CVs and Cover Letter (October 8th, 2024)
Participants will receive hands-on advice on writing impactful CVs and cover letters that capture recruiters’ attention.

4. Preparing for Job Interviews (October 10, 2024)
Through simulations and training, students will familiarize themselves with the interview process, boosting their confidence and ability to answer common questions.

5. Project Incubation
Aspiring entrepreneurs will receive support in developing their ideas, with access to resources and mentorship to help bring their projects to life.

This initiative is designed to equip the students of Ibn Tofaîl with the necessary tools to succeed in the job market while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit within our university community.
