Workshop Title: Employability: Highlighting Your Skills

Workshop Focus:

This workshop aims to help participants identify their skills and develop effective strategies to showcase them to employers through job applications, phone conversations, and interviews.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

– Understand key terms like competencies, knowledge, and soft skills.

– Identify their skills from an employer’s perspective.

– Learn how to use tools like ROME, job advertisements, and networking to gather information on career opportunities.
