We’re hiring for the following roles:

👉 Production Supervisor

Requirements:
– Education: Engineer/Master’s in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
– Experience: 5+ years in the industrial sector (WH Automotive preferred)
– Fluent in French & English
– Skills: Team & Project Management, Problem Solving (5M, Ishikawa)
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage team coordination and monitor daily production results
– Ensure quality processes and address production deviations
– Prepare for customer audits and optimize resource usage
– Analyze scrap rates and implement improvements
